  1. We make it

    We plan, script, film and edit short-form videos for your business, and publish them on the platforms in your plan.

  2. The platforms count it

    Every view is counted by TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or Facebook, not by us. You see the same numbers we do.

  3. You don’t pay if we miss

    If the total is under 100,000 at the end of day 14, you don’t pay our fee for that campaign, and anything you’ve paid toward it is refunded.

What we guarantee

If you’re accepted for a 14-day campaign, the short-form videos WebXNest makes and publishes for your business will reach a combined total of at least 100,000 views within the campaign window. If they don’t, you don’t pay WebXNest’s fee for that campaign.

What counts as a view

A view is the view count each platform reports in its own analytics for the campaign videos: TikTok video views, Instagram views on Reels, YouTube Shorts views and Facebook video views. Views are added up across every campaign video on every platform in your plan, whether they come from organic reach or from paid promotion in your plan.

We never buy views from view-selling services or use bots, and views from sources like that would not count.

The 14 days

The campaign window is 14 consecutive days. It starts on the day the first campaign video is published and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific time on day 14. The videos keep earning views after that, but only views inside the window count toward the guarantee.

What we need from you

  • Attend the strategy call and approve your written plan.
  • Give us access to film on the dates in your plan, or send the footage we ask for.
  • Approve each video, or ask for changes, within 24 hours of receiving it.
  • Give us posting access to the accounts in your plan, and keep them active and in good standing during the window.
  • Leave the campaign videos up. Don’t delete, hide or make them private during the window.

If a delay on your side holds up publishing, the window is extended by the same number of days. If these conditions aren’t met, the guarantee doesn’t apply to that campaign.

Paid promotion

Some plans include paid promotion of the best videos. If yours does, the budget, and who pays it, is written into your plan before launch. Ad budget is paid to the ad platform, is separate from our fee and isn’t covered by this guarantee.

If we miss

At the end of day 14 we send you a report with screenshots from each platform’s analytics. If the combined total is under 100,000 views and the conditions above were met, we won’t charge our fee for the campaign, and anything you’ve already paid toward that fee is refunded in full to the original payment method within 14 days. The videos stay up on your accounts either way.

Who it’s for

The guarantee is for new clients accepted through our application, one campaign per business. We may decline an application, for example if we don’t believe we can hit the number for your business, or if the business, product or content isn’t allowed under a platform’s rules. Businesses in categories the platforms restrict, such as adult content, gambling, weapons, tobacco, vaping or cannabis, aren’t eligible.

If a platform suspends or restricts an account or a video for reasons that have nothing to do with the campaign videos, or a platform outage stops its analytics from reporting, we’ll extend the window or agree another fix with you in writing.

The fine print

This guarantee covers views only. Views aren’t the same as leads, sales or revenue, and we don’t guarantee those. Your written plan and agreement set out everything else; where they differ from this page, the written agreement applies. We may update these terms for future campaigns. The version on this page on the day you sign applies to yours.
