Who we are

This site is run by WebXNest, a marketing agency based in Pasadena, California (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at info@webxnest.com or (626) 692-4330.

What we collect

What you give us

When you fill in a form on this site (the offer popup, the application, a quote or contact form) we collect what you enter: usually your name, email address, phone number, business name, the answers you choose (such as an approximate monthly revenue) and your message.

What we collect automatically

With each form we save the page you sent it from, the date and time, a shortened version of your IP address, and, if you arrived from an ad or a tracked link, the campaign tags in that link.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to run and secure the site.
Your browser stores a few small notes for this site: whether you’ve seen, closed or answered the offer popup, and, for the length of your visit, the page you arrived on. These stay on your device.

Measuring our ads

We may use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to see how people find this site and which ads lead to enquiries. When they’re active, Meta and Google set cookies in your browser and receive details such as the pages you visit, your browser and device, and whether you sent a form (not what you typed in it). They use this under their own privacy policies. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, and you can control ad personalisation in your Meta ad preferences and Google’s My Ad Center.

Maps

Our Billboards & Advertising page shows a Google Map. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and browser details and may set cookies, under Google’s own privacy policy.

How we use it

To reply to you, review your application and book calls.
To plan and deliver the work you hire us for.
To send you tips and offers, only if you’ve asked for them. Every email has a way to stop them.
To see which pages and ads bring people to us, including through the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics.
To keep the site secure and stop spam.
To meet our legal obligations.

We don’t sell your personal information for money. Apart from the ad-measurement tags described above, we share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as our web host and email provider) under their own confidentiality and security obligations; when the law requires it; or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to talk with you and work together, and for our business records after that. Ask us to delete yours at any time; we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@webxnest.com and we’ll respond within 45 days. We won’t treat you differently for making a request.

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you these rights, plus the right to opt out of the “sharing” of your personal information for advertising, which can include the Meta Pixel and Google tags. To opt out, email us, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser: when it’s on, this site doesn’t load those tags at all.

You can also clear this site’s stored notes from your browser at any time in its settings.

Everything else

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us, including encrypted connections to this site. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, though, so we can’t promise absolute security.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
